Heavy Duty Anode Carbon Blocks Traveling Overhead Crane For Polar Carbon Blocks

Polar carbon block stacking crane is a special transfer equipment for the carbon block warehouse of the carbon plant, which is mainly composed of bridge, large vehicle operation mechanism, lifting mechanism, guide device, clamp device, control system, electric hoist and other parts. It is used to grasp and transport raw and cooked charcoal blocks in the anode carbon block library, and other sporadic lifting. Its own fixture grabs 19 or 21 longitudinally arranged anode carbon blocks for round-trip stacking or loading, and can also realize the removal of waste blocks and the insertion of qualified blocks, which can be stacked in 9 layers.
The crane has two working devices: one is a fixture device consisting of 21 mechanical fixtures, which can simultaneously grasp and stack 21 ones arranged in the direction of width group of carbon blocks. The other set is a 5T electric hoist hanging from the lower I-beam of the bridge, which can be moved along the I-beam and whose hook can be used for zero in the workshop
Star lifting and lifting of individual carbon blocks with the help of single-block fixtures. All the movements of the crane can be completed in the operating room.
The crane system adopts dual drive, the whole machine adopts frequency conversion plus PLC control, all the movements of the crane are operated in the control room, and the air conditioning device with adjustable heating and cold is equipped in the control room.
