Rail Tyre Gantry Crane:
The main products include lifting mechanism, trolley operation, trolley operation, etc., which is used to undertake the container loading, unloading and transferring work at the back of the operation area of Lusi Port.

Four Link Portal Crane:
This product is a multi-purpose gantry crane with four-link combined boom structure. It is installed in the special track of Lusi Port wharf and is used for the unloading of bulk materials such as ore and coal of bulk cargo ships and the loading and unloading of general cargo at the wharf.
1, the product adopts the boom structure design with high stability and minimum horizontal drop of the weight when the amplitude changes;
2, the hook and the bulk grab as one, can realize the function of multi-purpose;
3, the main working mechanism adopts full digital AC frequency conversion, PLC control speed regulation, the application of intelligent path optimization technology, the working mechanism running speed, stable work, energy saving, high efficiency of equipment loading and unloading;
4, real-time monitoring of boom pitching, rotation, walking position and grab relative coordinates, complete emergency control, pedestrian collision prevention, rail collision prevention, grab collision prevention, overrun detection and other safety protection, to ensure safe and reliable operation.
Quayside Container Crane:
The main mechanism of this product includes lifting mechanism, trolley traction, tilting device, trolley operation and emergency mechanism. The machine room is equipped with a full range of maintenance cranes for parts maintenance, which are used to undertake the container loading and unloading at the front of the wharf in the operation area of Lusi Port.
1, the whole machine adopts PLC control system, full frequency stepless speed regulation and fault monitoring system;
2. Electric control remote control interface is reserved for the reconstruction and addition of the terminal remote control system and its auxiliary system in the later stage, so as to realize the requirements of remote control and automatic intelligent loading and unloading;
3. Intelligent Chinese “status monitoring and control screen” is installed in the driver’s room to implement fault monitoring and provide troubleshooting help; To realize dynamic monitoring of running state and provide dynamic change graphic display; At the same time with safety information alarm, lubrication maintenance management and other functions.
