Recently, more than ten gantry cranes independently developed and designed by KORIG CRANES have been successfully delivered to a large shipyard in Myanmar and a special wharf for a port in Indonesia to continuously promote the high-quality development of “The Belt and Road” construction and present the 35th anniversary of the Group with outstanding achievements.
• The gantry crane adopts the form of four-link combination boom, herringbone column and cylinder gantry structure, which can lift the corresponding load in different working ranges for horizontal amplitude variation, 360° rotation, lifting and other functions; Each mechanism can act together, the whole machine can run in a straight line along the horizontal track.
• KORIG CRANES undertakes the production of one 400t shipbuilding gantry crane with a span of 105m and three four-link gantry cranes of the shipyard, and has completed the delivery of two four-link gantry cranes in the early stage.
The shipyard is a comprehensive shipyard integrating repair and construction built by a domestic company for Myanmar, which is the largest shipyard in Myanmar. The delivery of KORIG CRANES series lifting products will provide a strong impetus for the construction of 40,000-ton dry dock, wharf and auxiliary facilities in the shipyard.
The project includes 9 gantry cranes, specially developed for handling general cargo and bulk cargo at the port, which can meet the requirements of various operating conditions at the port.
This project is a raw material and stainless steel production base established in Indonesia by a large stainless steel production enterprise in the world in order to promote and implement the deep processing and utilization of overseas mineral resources and further improve the utilization rate of minerals. It has been upgraded to a state-level industrial demonstration park and “Belt and Road” demonstration cooperation project between the governments of China and Indonesia.
In the past three years, KORIG CRANES has successively undertaken nearly 30 port cranes and more than 120 bridge gantry cranes of the customer unit, with the order amount of more than 400 million yuan, helping the customer unit to continue to force the construction of the Belt and Road.
